Sea Whisper Home is a beautiful sea-view holiday home in Praiano, in the heart of the Amalfi Coast, perfectly located between Positano and Amalfi. Set along the village’s main road, it is close to restaurants, shops and bus stops, and can be accessed by just two small steps—a rare advantage on the Amalfi Coast, where many properties require long walks and numerous stairs.
The entrance opens into a spacious fully equipped kitchen with a large dining table, perfect for enjoying breakfast and meals together. Next is the bright living room, featuring two sofas, one of which converts into a bed, a Smart TV with Netflix, and a large glass door offering beautiful views over the Amalfi Coast sea. A bathroom with shower is also located on this floor.

Sea Whisper Home is located at Via Gennaro Capriglione 3, directly on Praiano’s main coastal road, in the heart of the Amalfi Coast between Positano and Amalfi. The house is exceptionally easy to reach: its entrance is directly along the road and has only two small steps, with no long walks or numerous stairways, which are typical of many Amalfi Coast properties.
By bus: from Sorrento train station, take a SITA bus towards Positano–Praiano–Amalfi. The bus stop is practically in front of the house, so only a few steps are required to reach the entrance. Praiano is also connected by bus to Positano, Amalfi and the main destinations along the coast.
By private transfer: this is the easiest and most comfortable option, especially when travelling with luggage. A transfer can be arranged from Naples International Airport or Napoli Centrale railway station directly to the entrance of Sea Whisper Home. The driver will drop you off in front of the property, with no pedestrian paths or long stairways to navigate.

Payment schedule
40% of the total amount is due at time of reservation.
The remaining amount is to be paid 15 day(s) before arrival.
Cancellation Policy
100% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 30 day(s) before arrival or earlier.
0% refundable if canceled after.
Security deposit
A refundable security deposit of €200 is due.
Notes
PAYMENT
A 40% deposit of the total booking amount is required to confirm the reservation.
The remaining 60% balance is due 15 days before arrival.
Before each payment deadline, we will send the guest a reminder message with the necessary instructions to make the deposit and balance payments to the indicated bank account.
CANCELLATION
• Up to 30 days before arrival: cancellation is free of charge. 100% of all payments already made will be refunded.
• Between 29 and 16 days before arrival: the 40% deposit already paid will be retained and is non-refundable. The remaining 60% balance will not be due, as the booking has been cancelled before the balance payment deadline.
• 15 days or less before arrival: the remaining 60% balance is due. From this point, the full booking amount (100%) is non-refundable.
In case of a no-show, the full booking amount is non-refundable.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
A €200 security deposit is required. Instructions for the security deposit will be provided to the guest before arrival.
Provided that there are no damages, additional charges or other outstanding amounts, the security deposit will be returned after the property has been checked following departure.
TOURIST TAX
The tourist tax is not included in the booking price and amounts to €3 per person per day, for a maximum of 7 consecutive nights.
Children under 10 years of age are exempt.
The tourist tax applies exclusively to stays between April 1st and October 31st and must be paid separately at the property.
