Dafne Signature Homes
Dafne Signature Homes is a shared web project bringing together independently managed properties with their own distinct identities, located between the Sorrento Peninsula and the Amalfi Coast.
Dafne Signature Homes is not a separate legal or tax entity. The presence of the properties on the same website does not mean that they are operated by a single entity or as part of the same business activity.
Property Management
Casa Dafne Sorrento is operated by Maria Ferraro. VAT No. 10287681216 relates exclusively to the business activity concerning Casa Dafne Sorrento.
Sea Whisper Home by Daddy’s House and Interno 8 are tourist rentals operated on a non-business basis by Gianfranco D’Esposito.
Each operator or landlord acts independently and is responsible for reservations, guest relations and obligations relating to the properties under their respective management.
Reservations and Property-Specific Conditions
Dafne Signature Homes provides a shared presentation platform for the properties and is not, in itself, the contracting party for individual reservations.
The accommodation contract is entered into with the operator or landlord of the selected property. The relevant party is identified on the property page and in the booking documentation or confirmation.
Rates, payment arrangements, cancellation policies, deposits where applicable, tourist taxes, check-in and check-out times, house rules and any other property-specific conditions are those displayed for the selected property and rate during the booking process and in the corresponding confirmation.
Where these general terms differ from specific conditions communicated and accepted for an individual property or reservation, the specific booking conditions shall prevail, subject to applicable law.

Availability, rates and conditions applicable to a particular reservation are those displayed during the relevant booking process.
